Chocolate Graham Cracker Cupcakes with Marshmallow Butter frosting from this recipe. I would suggest making more of the graham cracker crumb mixture than the recipe says, so that there's extra to sprinkle on top! Also, the cake batter was really soupy--either I didn't put the right amount of flour in, or I put too much boiling water...
As you can tell, I just really like taking pictures of cupcakes. I made these to take to a welcoming party for a foreign exchange student that a friend is hosting for the school year.
