Recipe adapted from Martha Stewart's Cupcakes.
Cake (makes enough to fill 24 cones)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, combine.
Cover a bundt cake/tube pan with two layers of heavy duty foil. Using a small knife, poke 12 small holes in the foil. Gently twist cones in to holes so that there is only about one inch or so of cone showing.
Bake 20ish minutes, until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. To cool, I inverted a shoebox and cut Xes in the top to put the cones in. (Now bake the second half of the batch.)
7oz jar of marshmallow fluff
1 stick of butter
Beat together! It's that simple! And so good...
